Spin: Get your heart pumping and burn calories with our high-energy spin classes. Pedal to the beat of motivating music and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow cyclists. (Every Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 5pm to 6pm)
Zumba: Dance your way to fitness with our fun and energetic Zumba classes. Learn easy-to-follow Latin-inspired moves while burning calories and having a blast. (Monday to Sunday from 6pm to 8pm)
Individual Training
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): Maximize your workout in minimal time with our intense HIIT classes. Alternate between bursts of high-intensity exercise and short recovery periods for optimal results.
Strength Training: Focus on building muscle and strength (weight lifting and body building)
Sports-Specific Training: Classes tailored to specific sports (only soccer available for premier members)
